Deb and her staff provide the highest levels of hair care. When my last salon closed abruptly, it took me a while to find another that would do an excellent job. My appointment was today, October 11, 2023, It was with Rick. My friend, who is a customer of Ricks', referred him to me. She has always talked about what a great hair stylist and a nice guy Rick is....so, today I found out for myself, She was right. I was thoroughly pleased with the time he took with my hair, answered concerns I had about my hair and I really love the cut. I have scheduled another appointment with Rick in November. I have a feeling this will be a long-term relationship. The gentlemen at the desk, and one of the other operators were very cordial and complimentary. I think the salon has a great atmosphere. Good day, Debbie: I saw Matthew on Thursday, 9/28. He was very friendly & had a great sense of humor. BUT.... I asked him to cut my hair in a particular way (Technique) and he did not do it accordingly. I wanted more length taken off, the bulk to be thinned out along with a wispy bang. He did cut the length, very little, he did not take out the bulk & the bangs were cut more blunt/thick than wispy. When you've had a haircut, you always know how good it is after you get home & style it yourself. He did a pretty good job, but not the way I wanted it cut. I also think that he had another client after me & was in a rush. I did schedule another appointment with him for Saturday, 11/4 for a color, highlight & trim, which I would like to keep. Your salon is beautiful and your prices are reasonable. If you plan on sharing this with Matthew & he is upset by it & does not want to keep his appointment with me, I understand. Thank you, Debbie. Awesome pedicure...Grace used a product that was great I soaked my feet for a bid than she scraped one time and all my dry skin came off my feet felt so nice than I had a hot stone pedicure I left the salon like I was walking on a cloud....definitely 10 stars...salon nice and clean Grace is fantastic will definitely go back thereunder a month for pedi and getting my nails done there from now on

I am blessed with my Mother's thick hair, which can pose a challenge for any hair stylist, but Lori ALWAYS manages to tame my mane and has suffered my request to grow my hair out, and then cut it short again! I have been going to see Matthew for years also. He is so wonderful! along with coloring and highlighting my hair in a fashion that is always the envy of friends and family, he makes me laugh and chases away whatever my gripe or worry is. I've been seeing stylist Rick Costa for over 20 years! In that time I moved so now I drive from Worcester to get my hair done by him. My boyfriend gets his hair cut by Rick too. He's great on color but especially good at creating haircuts that are commensurate with the lifestyle of his client. In my case, I'm not going to do anything except brush it in the morning so he's worked with me to find a style I like that I can also maintain (by doing nothing). I've also started seeing Maria for waxing. She's very warm and thorough. I'm especially happy with her work on my brows.

This was honestly one of the best waxing experiences that I've ever had. Talia was having a new employee shadow her with some of her waxing clients and they were awesome. Talia was really patient and thorough (both in waxing and in explaining what she was doing). They were really fun and kept chatting which really helped take my mind off of any pain. I thought that the minimal pain was just a result of distraction, but even after I left, I didn't have any of the tenderness that normally follows waxing. I'm sure that the other waxers are great too, but I'd definitely recommend Talia!

The owner came over and introduced herself, she also was friendly and professional. You could tell she wants all clients to be happy and satisfied. I was impressed with everything. The girl that cut my hair was very nice...however.. I hate my cut! The two sides are uneven..and cut differently, making it hard to do anything with it. The back has too many short layers... I wanted layers but on top not the bottom.. so the cut looks too flat. Courtney was very sweet so I didn't have the heart to tell her I didn't like it. But trying to work with it this week has been a struggle.

The haircut that I got from Dana was excellent and I really appreciated his vibe. Also, I appreciated how collaborative the experience was. So personable and understood exactly what I wanted (sometimes, at other salons, hair stylists will kinda breeze through the "what kind of look do you want" but she was so thorough in that regard). Super nice and she's great at what she does. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone (actually I already gave my roommate her information within 5 mins of getting home since she's looking for a good hair stylist!). She did my hair exactly how I asked and she had such great attention to detail. I was thoroughly impressed with the result and her passion in what she does. Best color treatment I've ever received- she did a great job at getting me back to my natural color from years of box bleaching and a shoddy job six months ago. I let her take control of my cut and even though I was skeptical about going short, I am so happy I did it. I have already received so many compliments and my hair feels healthy for the first time in years. I will definitely be making my appointments with her in the future.

I was there in December for a birthday spa day with my girls. Three of the women had facials and my oldest daughter and I had a massage. The women enjoyed their facials but our massages were not good. The massage therapist talked through the whole hour, and her technique was below average. We get facials regularly and massages maybe twice a year. We both frequent the same spa and they are excellent always the same quality of service no matter who your scheduled with. Other than that the salon was accommodating to our group of five. The owner was extremely nice and the women who did the blowouts and makeup were fantastic. I would highly recommend this salon for those services.

I requested to move up an appointment if possible, and they did so without hesitation. I was overall very impressed and pleased with the services and hope to come back. One comment for improvement would be the sinks for the hair wash. I found the neck portion to be very uncomfortable and was unable to relax for what was supposed to be the massage portion of the wash. I would recommend considering adding additional padding/towels for neck support! Otherwise, thank you for a great morning of pampering :)

I came for a haircut and beard trim but unfortunately Matthew is not a barber so he arranged an another barber asap and gave me a cup of green tea which was so sweet. I didn't expect that from him. And my stylist Courtney, she was brilliant and she took her time and did haircut patiently for me like how I wanted. So I want to give 9.5/10 for this salon !!!

Luminous gives two times haircuts and service than the typical "easy" options like Supercuts. My hair was washed and dried as part of my men's haircut, a huge plus! My barber took an hour to shape my hair with meticulous detail, which I really appreciate. He was also really friendly. You wear your haircut every day, so best make it good! I'm glad Luminous gave me such a positive experience and is helping me feel great every day!

Luminous gives two times haircuts and service than the typical "easy" options like Supercuts. My hair was washed and dried as part of my men's haircut, a huge plus! My barber took an hour to shape my hair with meticulous detail, which I really appreciate. He was also really friendly. You wear your haircut every day, so best make it good! I'm glad Luminous gave me such a positive experience and is helping me feel great every day!

Their entire staff was very friendly, and welcoming. Lori cut my hair, she is incredibly talented and very personable.
